Practice Management: Unable to add new fee item...Method '~' of object '~' failed

'Unable to add new fee item...Method '~' of object '~' failed' error when adding a new fee.

Follow the below to clear the error:

  1. The affected user must first log out of APS.

  2. From an administrator machine, open System Administration Consoles, System and User Settings.

  3. In the Default Settings drop-down menu, select the user, then click Clear Settings.

  4. Choose _CLEARALL and click Clear.

  5. Once completed, have the user log back in to APS.

  6. If the issue persists, a database script will need to be executed.
