Tax New Zealand: Error: 'User is not active or not found in APS System'

This error can occur when trying to log into APS web applications.

Follow the below:

  1. Open Fee Earner console.

  2. Find the User having the issue.

  3. Set the option Cloud Enabled to: Yes

  4. Wait a couple of minutes and then try logging into the APS web application again.
