An error occurs when moving a return to the Ready to Lodge Status, or when clicking the Agent Web View button in Tax Agent Console.

  1. Please restart your Access APS Cloud Services as per this article: Restart Cloud Services.

  2. Check the Logins running the Cloud Services match

    1. Log onto the server running the services.

    2. Go to Services.

    3. Right click each service, Properties, Logon.

    4. Check the account running the service. Does this match on both the Update and Scheduling services? If not, please amend so they are the same.
