The ‘aps_t.mde’ must be copied over for each user.
Depending on how your APS environment is set up, this file must be copied to either the ADV2000 folder or into each user’s home drive.
Follow the steps below to confirm where the file should be copied for your site
Go to System Administration console.
Go to System and User Settings.
Click on View Settings, System.
Select NZTAX.
Check the field: TAX application File.
