Practice Management: New rate groups or changes to Fee Earner rate description are not flowing through to cloud timesheets

Changes to the Fee Earner Rate description is not flowing through to Cloud Timesheets. Rates displayed in the Cloud timesheet are not the same as the rate assigned to the fee earner in APS.

If the changes are impacting a few staff members, then you can follow the manual process outlined below.

However, if this issue is affecting several staff, contact Access APS Support team to provide you with a script to run for a bulk update.

Follow the below for the manual process steps:

  1. Change the Fee Earner record in some way e.g. change the name.

  2. Refresh the screen.

  3. Change the record back and refresh again.

  4. Wait 5-10 minutes for the Cloud Service to synchronise.
