However, if this issue is affecting several staff, contact Access APS Support team to provide you with a script to run for a bulk update.

Follow the below for the manual process steps:
Change the Fee Earner record in some way e.g. change the name.
Refresh the screen.
Change the record back and refresh again.
Wait 5-10 minutes for the Cloud Service to synchronise.
