The error can occur when moving the status of a return from Signed to Ready to lodge, followed by long delays in the return lodgement process. There may be delays in other areas of Tax Manager while it accesses the database.

To resolve this issue, please check the SQL Server memory and disk space availability. If either is running low, more resources should be added or diskspace freed up.
If the server diskspace and memory is fine, Access APS support will provide a script to reindex the tax tables. This will speed up the processing time required for each request.
