When trying to lodge a GST return, it may fail lodgement with the following error:
The example return failed lodgement because negative values were entered into the returns GST expenses keypoint (KP 11)
Enter expenses and purchases as positive values as follows:
Click Needs Revision button on the return's Summary page.
2. Overwrite the negative value in keypoint 11 with a positive value.
Save the return
Click Ready For Approval on the Summary tab.
Approve Return.
Lodge Return.
