This error occurs when you attempt to either:
Download the prefill report from the ATO into a tax return.
Run a pre-lodgement check via the return.
Add an activity statement return in APS Tax Manager.
To resolve this error, new machine credentials are required and set up in the APS Tax Manager under Action in the SBR configuration screen.
