Contacts+: The email address to use to integrate with ATOmate in Contacts+

In most cases, there is a specific email assigned to ATOMate, such as [email protected].

If you forgot your password to email [email protected], and after resetting, you are receiving an error Unrecognizable lambda output, please note this is a known issue; the password will have changed successfully when you reset. It is just the confirmation screen that shows an error. Please attempt to log in with the new password.

While you can use another email address to integrate between ATOMate and APS Cloud. It would be ideal to confirm with the ATOmate if the connection is working on their end.

Note: You cannot use a system account to integrate with ATOMate, as it does not get added to the user tables as a regular account and is not allocated to a group of users. You may receive an Access Denied error if a system account is used.
