Contacts+: ATOMate: Error: Client matched but the return does not exist

ATOMate is not syncing with Tax Manager and is displaying errors in the dashboard.

You will need to confirm that the connection with the ATOmate has not expired.

Follow the below to check the connection

  1. Go to the ATOmate dashboard.

  2. Click on Practice Settings.

  3. Click on APS Cloud.

  4. Click Reconnect.

  5. The login window will appear.

  6. Enter the credentials to connect to ATOmate.

  7. If ATOMate does not connect, you will need to contact ATOMate.
