From the ATOmate dashboard open Practice Setting (Only a super user will have visibility to this menu).
Select APS Cloud tab.
Click on the Connect to APS Cloud button.
This is displayed as Reconnect or Connect to APS
Enter the ATOmate Email Address and Password.
If unsure, refer to the article regarding using the correct email address: Contacts+: The email address to use to integrate with ATOmate.
Once the reconnection has been established it will revert back to the reconnect screen.
Note: You can contact ATOmate on 1300 054 466 to confirm if the connection has been reestablished.
