If you forgot your password to email [email protected].
After resetting you may see the error 'Unrecognizable lambda output'. Despite the message, your password has been successfully changed.
Sign in again using your new password.
While you can use another email address to integrate between BGL CAS 360 and Access APS Cloud. It is recommended to confirm with BGL CAS 360 the connection is working on their end.
Note: You cannot use a system account to integrate with BGL CAS 360 as it does not get added to the user tables as a regular account and is not allocated to a group of users. You may receive an Access Denied error if a system account is used.
