Practice Management: Change the Cloud Domain name and the email address for System Account

How to change the email addresses and domain names used to register and login to the Cloud Services.

Use the following steps to change the Cloud Domain name, system account email and Fee Earner emails.

  6. Go to the Settings Tab, update the Connection Details, Test and Save.

  7. Update the friendly tenant name in the Cloud Services configuration page and Save.

  8. Confirm there are no connection issues.
