Why can't I get into APS after changing my Office 365 Password?
Errors -
Connection Error, Log in failed. Please reconnect and try again. Make sure that the provided credentials are correct, if not please provide the correct credentials in the workspace, which can be found under Settings -> Integration credentials.

After changing their Office 365 password, the user gets the following errors when trying to open PM and XPA:

The password used for Access APS Online is NOT the same as your Office 365 password. You should NOT update the Password stored in Integration Credentials with your Office 365 password.
If this has been done, you will need to change the Integration Credentials password back to the appropriate password for your site. You can obtain this from your in-house APS Administrator or create a case online and reference the title of this article for assistance from the Support team.

Update the password in Settings, Integration Credentials
The user should be able to do update their password via the Access APS Online dashboard:
Select the Username in the top right corner (see below).
