A blank screen when you try to open NZ Tax Web Lodgements/Cloud Tax Return preparation may indicate that you need to clear your cache or browsing history.

To clear your browsing history in Google Chrome:
Click the three dots in the top right corner.
Go to Settings, Privacy and Security, and then Clear Browsing Data.
Select Basic.
In the Time range, select All Time.
Tick all 3 options and Clear Data.
You should now be able to log back into the Web Lodgments area in APS.
Note: We recommend using Google Chrome and Edge browsers. IE is no longer supported.
