Tax New Zealand: Locate the URL of an NZ Tax Return in Web Lodgements

The Return URL may be required when a support analyst is checking on a lodgment error that needs resolving.

Follow the steps below to complete this task.


Locate the return

  1. In Web Lodgements, go to the Client Returns page.

  2. Use the filters to locate the return.

  3. Click the view return details button to open the return, as per the image below.

Copy the Web URL

  1. Copy the Web URL as highlighted in the image below.

  2. Paste and send to your support analyst.
