Practice Management: Unlock cloud timesheet entries

How to remove padlocks/locks from the cloud timesheet entries for a specific matter.

  1. Open APS Main Menu, Central Console.

  2. Filter to the specific Client.

  3. Drop down the Matter Console band, and click Customer View.

  4. Select the specific Client Matter from the Matter dropdown list.

  5. Click Action and select Unlock Cloud timesheet Entries.

Note: When the Cloud Timesheet entries are billed/partially billed or included in an active Fee, they cannot be unlocked.
