You will need to stop and restart Access APS Cloud Scheduling Service.
Follow the below:
Open the Start menu and type services in the search box. Click on the Services app that appears.
From the Services window, scroll down and locate the Access APS Cloud Scheduling Service. Right-click on it and select Stop.
Wait for a few seconds until the service status changes to Stopped.
Right-click on the service again and select Start. Wait for a few seconds until the service status changes to Running.
