Access APS

This is an issue with Tax 2026.1.0 and will be fixed in the next release of Tax 2026.2.0.  

In the meantime, we have hotfix files that you can apply. 

⚠️Important: The user must be out APS when applying the hotfix. If on a Terminal server, all users must be logged out of APS.

Follow the below to download and apply the hotfix files: 

Download the <a href="https://accessgroup.my.salesforce.com/sfc/p/58000000Z4gm/a/dO000000W0L3/FUU11T7IaUrLwQdk13Hnm7dKeXgYznffAqafIFQdkCo" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">te0004AS.zip</a> file.

Unzip the files into the C:\Adv2000\TaxForms directory.

You may need to unlock the files by right-clicking on each file, selecting Properties and ticking the Unblock box if it appears.

If the error persists, delete and recreate the Activity statement again. 

1. Download the <a href="https://accessgroup.my.salesforce.com/sfc/p/58000000Z4gm/a/dO000000W0L3/FUU11T7IaUrLwQdk13Hnm7dKeXgYznffAqafIFQdkCo" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">te0004AS.zip</a> file. 
2. Unzip the files into the C:\Adv2000\TaxForms directory. 
3. You may need to unlock the files by right-clicking on each file, selecting Properties and ticking the Unblock box if it appears. 
4. Replace existing files if prompted.
5. If the error persists, delete and recreate the Activity statement again.
