This issue has been fixed as detailed in the Practice Management 11.3.5 release notes.
๐Note: Some operating systems will block the DLL files by default. Prior to copying any files to the Adv2000 folder, ensure that each file is unblocked.
To Install the Hotfix
Download the Hotfix file download 30 Nov 2023.
Extract or unzip the files to your APS Downloads folder or to a suitable folder in your network.
Ensure that all APS applications are closed.
Copy and replace all the component files to the Adv2000 folder on every user's workstation and/or terminal server where APS is installed.
