Error Invalid Floating Point Operation appears when opening the return.
This can occur due to either of the follow issues:
There is a mistake with the low-income offset, which shows the inaccurate amount for a minor's 2023 tax return.
Invalid Floating Point Operation error.
Note: For Terminal Server users – Prior to replacing files, all users must be out of APS and a backup taken of the database.
Ensure all APS applications are closed completely.
Download the TE2023ei.exe file and right-click on the file.
Go to the properties and unblock the file. Choose Apply and OK.
Copy all three files and paste them into C Drive > ADV2000> Taxforms.
From the popup, select the option to replace the files.
Restart APS and reopen the return.
