You will need to run a repair on PM and XPA. If the error persists after the repair, you will need to reinstall XPA.
⚠️Important: Exit out of APS before you proceeding with the below.
To run a repair:
Open Control Panel.
Select Programs, then Programs and Features.
Locate the console you need to repair in the list (for example, APS Practice Management Version 11.2.2),
Right-click and select Repair.
To Reinstall:
Open Control Panel.
Select Programs, Program and Features.
Locate the APS XPA file and click drop down the box to select Uninstall.
Uninstall XPA.
Reinstall XPA.
