A fix file is required to solve this error.
Note: Users on remote desktop server do not need to log out or close APS.
Follow the steps:
Download Error 2147221404 file.
Right Click, Properties, Unblock.
Right Click, Extract All to unzip the file.
Go to File Explorer, ADV2000 Folder and locate your existing C:\adv2000\aPAData.dll file.
Rename the aPAData.dll file to aPAData.old (to keep as a backup copy).
Rename the aADatasheet.dll to aSDatasheet.old.
Rename the APS.PM.Correspondence.dll to APS.PM.Correspondence.old.
Save the new aPAData.dll, aADatasheet.dl, APS.PM.Correspondence.dll files to your C:\adv2000\folder.
Restart XPA for the new files to take effect.
