Follow the below steps to resolve the error:
Check if Xcede Engine has been installed on the machine.
Open Control Panel.
Click Programs, Programs and Features.
Open XPA, go to Help, About to check Xcede Engine has been installed.
If Xcede Engine has already been installed, run a repair on Xcede and XPA and test again.
Open Control Panel.
Click on Programs, Programs and Features.
Select APS XPA.
Right-click to view the menu options.
Select Repair.
