If you create a 2026 IR215 Adjust Your Income (IR215) attachment in the cloud, it will automatically sync to the desktop, and the status will update as the return is completed.
If the IR215 is not required to be sent to Inland Revenue and is deleted in the cloud, just select Sync to Ledger or Confirm Return this will remove the IR215 record from the desktop.
