A hotfix DLL file is available to resolve this issue.
Follow the steps below:
Download the APS.DM.Common.3.0.dll file.
Right‑click the downloaded file, open Properties, and unblock it (if the option is present).
Navigate to the Adv2000 folder.
Create a backup of the original DLL file.
Copy the hotfix DLL file into the Adv2000 folder, replacing the original file.
