To install the hotfix file
Download the Hotfix file\s from the bottom of the article Practice Management version 11.3.5.
Extract or unzip the files to your APS Downloads folder or to a suitable folder in your network.
Ensure that all Advance applications are closed.
Copy and replace all the component files to the Adv2000 folder on every user's workstation and/or terminal server where APS is installed.
๐Note: Some operating systems will block the DLL files by default. Prior to copying any files to the Adv2000 folder, ensure that each file is unblocked.
