Errors when accessing APS Cloud Timesheets 'Tenant not available' and 'Client integration is still being configured'.
Follow the below steps to resolve the errors:
Go to the Fee Earner Console and remove the termination date for the terminated user so that both the old and new users are visible in User Management.
Check the email addresses in User Management for both users and ensure they are not the same.
If the email addresses are different, trigger an update by temporarily changing the email address in the Fee Earner Console.
Update the details back to the correct information in the Fee Earner Console and use the activate/deactivate slider as required.
