Tax New Zealand: Tax Agent missing in the current agent list in the cloud service

Unable to change the current agent in the cloud because the required agent does not appear in the Current Agent list.

To solve the issue:

  1. Confirm the required Tax agent has been linked in APS Desktop, Fee Earners, Web linked tax agent.

  2. If the issue persists, go to APS Desktop, Tax Agent Console, Select the relevant Tax Agent, Web View, Agent Web View.
