To resolve this issue, a Tax Agent needs to be selected first before attempting to run the request for the Reports:
Open the Tax Agents Console and go to Agent Forms.
Check the indicator next to Agents and make sure a valid Tax Agent is selected.
In some cases, the default agent may be set to ‘None’ or another invalid name. If so, delete the invalid entry. Then enter an asterisk
*in the search bar and press Enter to display the full list.Select the correct agent from the dropdown.
Select the Tax Year.
Select Manage Request, and the request should run successfully for the required reports.
