Tax Manager and Elite Forms: Error: 'Tax Returns are currently open. You can't close tax manager without closing the returns'

The error occurs when exiting Tax Manager.


You will need to use Tax data extractor to clear the log files:

  1. Go to Action, Extract log maintenance.

  2. Look Under Tax online and select the user then right-click and select Remove Log.

  3. You can also select Drill down Details to confirm the return is the correct return you are unlocking.
