If only the Practice Name needs to change, the name should be changed in the Entities Console and in the System and User Settings.
If the Practice Name and the IRD number needs to change, contact Access APS Support for assistance as the change will impact past Tax returns and the situation should be assessed.
Change Practice Name in Entities Console
Open the Entities Console..
Click on Edit mode.
Change the Legal Name and Sort Name fields to contain the correct Practice Name.
Change Practice Name in System and User Settings (SUPS)
Go to System Administration console, System and User Settings
From View Settings, click on the drop down arrow and select System
In the left menu, select _REGISTER.
Change the RegisteredName field to reflect the correct Practice Name.
