This error occurs when a specific client matter or internal matter is using Fee Earner Filters to restrict the users who can post time. If you have specified users in the Assigned Fee Earners section in the Fee Earner Filter, only those users will have the ability to post time for that particular matter.
Complete the following to resolve this issue:
To allow all users to post time for a matter, remove all users from the Assigned Fee Earners section.
After updating the Fee Earner Filter, you will have to go into each error entry in cloud timesheets and make a small change, such as updating the narration to convert the error entry into a normal entry.
