Errors occur when trying to move a return from Signed to Ready To Lodge

This message indicates that the Tax Agent has not been set for this client in Central Console.

To resolve this error complete the following:

  1. Open Client details within the Central console.

  2. Populate the field Tax Agent, or check it has a valid entry.
