User is receiving the error trying to test their Machine Credential connection.
Test has failed: Exception [STMCommunicationException], Message = Communication Exception occurred connecting to VANguard STS Inner Exception [ProtocolException], Message = The remote server returned an unexpected response: (400) Bad Request.
When lodging a return, they are getting the below SBR Lodgement Exception error.

To resolve this issue, please align your computer's or Server's Date and Time against the time on timeanddate.com.
