A tax update may be missing on this machine. To check that all versions of Tax are installed, follow the below steps:
Go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. The list will populate and you will need to make note of the Access APS Tax Manager and Elite forms versions.
Open APS and go to Help, About Advance. Check the Advance TaxForms Australia. This should be the same as your control panel.
If applicable, check your Advance TaxAustralia version from the same Help/About screen and confirm it matches the TaxForms Australia version and the Control Panel.
if the versions are different, update Tax to the required versions.
If the Tax updates match, you will need a fresh install of Practice Management and Tax.
Uninstall and reinstall Practice Management.
Uninstall and reinstall Tax. You will need to uninstall all the Tax versions.
