Tax Manager and Elite forms: Error: 'Failed on RequestSbrCredentailDetails to Sign in due to :Range check error'

The error occurs when prefilling a Tax return

Please check if you are using a stand alone workstation or on a terminal server to determine the resolution below:

NOTE: a quick way to check is to open Access APS and go to Help, About Advance, and check for the line that says 'You are (not) using terminal server'.

  • Standalone workstation: Uninstall and reinstall APS Tax

  • Terminal server: Restart the server.
