To create a new milestone for an internal matter, use the following steps:
From the APS main menu, open Workflow Templates.
To enter a name, from the toolbar, click Add. (Alternatively enter the name of the Workflow Template if one exists on the Internal Matter).
In the left margin, click on Milestones.
Just under Workflow Template Filter, click on Show Available Milestones.
Click on any of the milestones to rename Code and Description.
Drag the milestone to the Milestones for window.
Once the milestone has been finalised, go to the APS main menu and select Internal Matters.
Select the Internal Matter, Edit Mode.
Go to the field Workflow Template and select the template just created.
A prompt will pop up to Keep or Replace existing template. Click on Replace to update the existing milestones in the Matter with the new milestone.
