Follow the steps belowupdate a milestone name:
Open the Workflow Templates module.
In the left-hand pane, navigate to the Milestone page.
Click on Edit Mode.
Select the Show available Milestones option to display all milestones.
You will find all milestones listed in the All available milestones section.
Select the milestone you wish to update and modify the description accordingly.
