Practice Management: The updated milestones in the Workflow template are not showing in Timesheets

To resolve the issue with a milestone not appearing in a timesheet, please use the following steps:

Internal Milestones

  1. Go to the Internal Matters console.

  2. Select the Matter.

  3. Put into Edit mode.

  4. In the Milestone template field, re-select the Workflow template.

  5. The window Keep or replace existing milestones will pop up.

  6. Select Replace and leave the checkbox empty, and select OK. This will update the matter.

External Milestones

  1. Go to the Standard Matters console.

  2. Select the Matter.

  3. Put into Edit mode.

  4. In the Milestone template field, re-select the Workflow template.

  5. The window Keep or replace existing milestones will pop up.

  6. Select Replace and leave the checkbox empty, and select OK. This will update the matter.
