The following fields match the System and User Settings Console:

However, the affected client has two email addresses in the Client Console. To resolve this issue:
Open Client Console.
Go to Addresses.
Click on Edit Mode.
Right click on Email.
Where there are two emails, select Delete Instance.
Click Refresh at the top.
Type in the emails again. Please do not copy/paste. Ensure no space after the colon and no colon at the end. Refer to this example as a guide:
Incorrect: [email protected], [email protected];
Correct: [email protected],[email protected]
Click Refresh.
Create your return as normal.
