This issue is caused by recent Windows updates which causes a conflict with the files required.

Follow the below steps to resolve the issue:
Right click your Windows Button.
Click on File Explorer.
Locate this file path: C:\Users\<The clients Windows User Name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto.
Tip: Appdata may be a hidden folder. To enable the view refer to: Access APS: How to locate the windows appdata folder and show hidden folders
Right-click on the folder named RSA and select the rename. Rename the folder to RSAold.
Any required files in this location will be recreated as needed.
Re-lodge the return.
