Step One: Delete the Xcede config file and re-run the reports to generate a new config file
Open File Explorer.
Navigate to C:\Users\users.name\AppData\Roaming\Reckon\Xcede.
Delete the config file.
Re-run the Xcede reports to generate a new config file.
If the above step does not resolve the error, go to Step 2 below.
Step Two: Confirm anti-virus exemptions are correct
APS applications need to be exempt from AV scanners to operate correctly. Confirm that XPA and Xcede are exempted from AV scanner and Windows firewall.

Step Three: Recreate Windows profile
If steps one and two have not worked, please have your IT administrator recreate your Windows profile.
