When trying to open the Cloud Tax System, the following error may occur:

useTaxUser can only be used inside a TaxUserProvider
Please ask the affected person to open Cloud returns initially as follows:
Open Tax Agent Console.
On the field for Tax Agent, type * and press the enter key for a drop-down list of Tax Agents.
Select the appropriate Tax Agent.
Click on the Web View menu.
Click on the Agent Web View button.
This should open Cloud Returns and will update all user details to Cloud in the background. They should now be able to open any tax returns straight from Central Console/Returns band or Tax Manager.
