Tax Australia: Validation window is blank and not appearing in the Tax return

Please follow the steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Close all Access APS applications.

  2. Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\The Access Group\Access APS Tax.

  3. Delete the WorkspaceLayout.usf file.

  4. A new workspace layout file is recreated once you open the Tax Manager again.

The folder 'The Access Group' will only be available after the 2023.2.0 Tax update. If you are on 2023.1.0 and prior version, follow the steps below:

  1. Close all APS applications.

  2. Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Reckon Limited\Reckon APS Tax.

  3. Delete the WorkspaceLayout.usf file.
