Practice Management: Reset an APS user profile in PM

Reset a corrupted APS profile for a user in Practice Management.

Use the following steps to reset the Access APS user profile:

  1. Ensure the user is completely logged off from APS.

  2. Launch System and User Settings.

  3. Select the affected user's name in the drop-down list and click on the Clear Setting button.

  4. Select the _CLEAR ALL and click on the clear button.
