The IR7P tab will appear when you set the Entity class to Partnership.
Follow the below steps:
Go to the Detail tab, Entity class and select Partnership.
The IR7P tab will then appear:
Tax New Zealand: IR7P form unavailable
There is no option to select a IR7P with a Tax return creation.
