⚠️Warning: Access APS does not recommend permanently removing or deleting Fee Earner Rates from the APS system. Instead, we recommend prefixing unwanted, outdated, or no‑longer‑required Fee Earner Rates with zz.
Follow the steps below:
Go to System Administration Console, Fee Earner Rates Console.
From the Rates Drop Down, select an old Fee Earner Rate.
Click on Edit Mode.
Enter zz just before the Name in the Description field, instance.
Click on Edit Mode.
Click on Refresh.
Double Click on Show all Applications under Tools in the APS Main Pane/ Advanced Login area to save the changes and update the Fee earners with the ZZ.
📌Note: Fee Earner Rates Description update will automatically populate for all Fee Earners (including Terminated Fee Earners)
