Practice Management: Default user incorrectly assigned to a Fee earner

After installing Practice Management 11.4, any terminated Fee Earner associated with a Fee Step is removed. In cases where no default user was previously assigned, the system is now incorrectly allocating one.

Follow the below to unselect the user as Default:

  1. Open the Process engine console.

  2. Search for your Fee process(es).

  3. Click on Edit mode.

  4. Click on each Step in the Process.

  5. Go to the Assigned teams/users column and locate the user with the Default box ticked, click the >arrow in the middle to move the user back to the Available teams/users columns.

  6. Click on the < arrow to move the user back to the Assigned teams/users column.

  7. The default tick will disappear. This only needs to be done once for each Step in the relevant Fee Process.
