Go to Action, Extract Log Maintenance and check for a locked tax return for the client.

If one appears, right click it and select Remove Log.

1. Open Tax Manager. 
2. Go to Action, Extract Log Maintenance and check for a locked tax return for the client. 
3. If one appears, right click it and select Remove Log.
4. Click Refresh.
